White Cake Cookies

1 package white cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup of cinnamon and sugar mixture

Combine everything except cinnamon and sugar mixture and mix until blended. Shape into a ball and roll into cinnamon and sugar mixture. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 10 minutes. DO NOT over cook. They will not look finished at 10 minutes, but they will be perfect after setting out on the cookie sheet for a few minutes.
