Jullian Pexton
2 pounds chicken wings
1/4 cup Fuego Spice Mix ( see below )
1 ½ cups Bulls-Eye barbecue sauce
To make the wings: Bake wings at 400 for 60 minutes. Meanwhile stir the spice mix into BBQ sauce in a large mixing bowl. When wing are finished put on hot grill for about 5 minutes or until all extra grease is gone. Take off grill and toss in BBQ sauce until each piece is fully coated. Place wings on grill for about more10 minutes or until hot and crispy. Great dipped in ranch dressing.
Fuego Spice Mix
¼ cup paprika
2 tsp cayenne
2 Tbsp salt
2 tsp ground white pepper
2 Tbsp black pepper
2 Tbsp granulated garlic
2 Tbsp Chile powder
2 Tbsp oregano
Mix ingredients together and use in Wings O’ Fire or use as a spicy rub for any meat.
Note: Fuego Spice is very spicy so if you like less spice do not add as much of the spice mix to BBQ sauce.
